Hiring Lady Manners School Facilities
Lady Manners School has various facilities available to hire to the community. The facilities are available to hire seven days a week, Monday to Friday from 6.00pm to 9.00pm and from 9.00am to 4.00pm at the weekend. Extended times are available by arrangement.
Our sports facilities include a sports hall, gym, dance studio and grass pitch facilities for rugby and football. All of these are available to hire with changing facilities. Ample and convenient car parking is available.
Other facilities available for hire include a drama hall, classrooms and kitchens.
Sports Hall
The Sports Hall can be used for a variety of purposes, both sporting and otherwise. Nets and matting to accommodate two indoor cricket bowling lanes are available for use.

Rutland Studio
A multipurpose space, which can accommodate smaller events than the Sports Hall.

Dance Studio
The Dance Studio room can be used for a range of fitness classes and martial arts. It has a floating 'Junkers' floor and mirrors along one wall.

Grass Pitches
The grass football and rugby pitches are available from September to Easter and changing facilities are available at an additional cost.

Sixth Form Centre
The Sixth Form Centre provides a flexible and self contained space.

Main Hall
The Main Hall is a large space, with wide and varied potential uses. Stage lighting, a projector, drop down screen and access to a laptop are all available for use. There are catering facilities adjacent to the Main Hall, which could also be available.

Drama Hall
The Drama Hall is an ideal venue for studio performances and other events. Stage lighting is available and catering facilities are adjacent.

Food Technology Room
The recently refurbished Food Technology room is perfectly equipped for cooking classes.

Classrooms
We have a variety of different sized classrooms available for hire for evening activities and classes, with IT equipment available if required.
Conference Room
Our conference room is available to hire during the school holiday periods. The room, in our Sixth Form Centre, has a projector, drop down screen and access to a PC. This room, which contains tables and chairs that can be configured in various arrangements, is ideal for hosting a meeting.

Car Parking
Ample Car Parking is available adjacent to our facilities.
We have:
- 180 marked car park spaces
- 5 disabled parking spaces
- 12 cycle spaces
- Capacity for 16-18 coaches
