Lady Manners School Sixth Form students can, once again, be congratulated that their hard work has enabled them to achieve strong A Level results.
The majority of the school’s students have achieved or exceeded expectations with their results. This enables them to move into their chosen university course, apprenticeship or career
The school offers 25 subjects at A Level including vocational qualifications in which students have performed very strongly. In addition to A Level study, a number of students undertook the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) also producing strong results in this course.
Of the 121 Year 13 students who completed their A Levels this year, 16 achieved the highest grades of A or A* in all of their A Level subjects. These are wonderful achievements, as are the many examples of students who have worked hard to exceed their target grades. In addition, students have benefited from the leadership and mentoring roles they have embraced during their time with the school.
Staff at Lady Manners School are delighted with the Sixth Formers’ performance. The vast majority of students have achieved the grades that they need to be able to take their next important step.
Headteacher Gary Peat commented: “Congratulations to all of our A Level students who have worked extremely hard to achieve these results. They should be very proud of themselves and can now look forward to the exciting opportunities that the future holds. I, and the Lady Manners School staff, wish them all the very best of luck."
